UNI Opole trailed in each of the first two sets and still swept Metalkas Pałac Bydgoszcz 3-0 (26-24, 25-22, 25-19) in Round 4 of the TAURON Liga Kobiet on Tuesday night. Pałac had set points at 24-22 in the opener and led 11-4 in the second, but Opole turned both sets around and pulled away late in the third.
Andriana Pavlyk was MVP with 21 points, Iga Kępa added 16 (with big runs from the serve line) and Filipović 11. Julia Makarewicz led Bydgoszcz with 16 points.
