Noliko indeed downed Soleco HERK in straight sets (25-23, 26-24, 25-19) in the derby of the Limburg Province for the last round of the national league.

With this result Noliko stretched its winning streak in domestic competitions to a total of 14 consecutive matches. Soleco HERK, previously known until this past December as Aquacare HALEN, was a tough opponent especially in the first two sets that Noliko could claim only with the narrowest margin.

Dutch spiker Jelte Maan paced his side with 16 points. “We are happy with this win” he says “and already focused on our last game in the prelims of the Champions League as we play Iraklis THESSALONIKI on Wednesday to get our ticket to the Playoffs 12”.
