CEV CL: Rabita BAKU needs straight win to finish first in Pool B

Mulhouse, France, January 15, 2012. ASPTT MULHOUSE of France plays the 2011 club world champions of Rabita BAKU on Tuesday to round out their campaign in prelim Pool B of the 2012 CEV Volleyball Champions League – Women.

Even though this is a tremendous challenge, still the players and the coaching staff are very determined to deliver a good performance.

We know the quality of our opponent but we will take every single opportunity” says head coach Magali Magail.

Our results from the last matches in the national league are encouraging” she adds.

Rabita is a great team” stresses captain Armelle Faesch, “and they are coming to France with the intention to win in straight sets as they want to finish first in the group. However, we will do our best not to be downed that easily by our opponents”.
