A contract of the MVP of the World Championship 2018 and the club was terminated by mutual agreement.

Stocznia Szczecin volleyball club informs that Bartosz Kurek is no longer a player of our team. The agreement between the attacker and the club has been resolved by mutual agreement, thank you not only for the great game in Szczecin’s colors but also for a commitment and everyday attitude. We wish the athlete a good luck and successes in his further sporting career,“ reports official website of Stocznia Szczecin.

Kurek is not the only player that has left the club. Nicholas Hoag, Lukas Tichacek and Aleksander Maziarz have followed the steps of Kurek, terminating the contracts with the club.

The club informed about it a few minutes before the start of tonights game against Gdansk, which Stocznia lost in straight sets 25-23, 25-20, 25-21.

Only 11 players have left in the team from Szczecin… We are following the situation.
