The nine-time Polish men’s volleyball Championship winners, PGE Skra Bełchatów, have definitely completed one of the biggest transfers in the world in this transfer window!

Next season, American Taylor Sander, one of the best outside hitters in the world, will play in Skra.

A 28-year-old player missed the entire last season due to shoulder injury. The last club whose colors Sander defended prior to the injury and rehabilitation was Brazil’s Sada Cruzeiro with whom he won the national Cup and the South American Club Championship.

Sander won numerous trophies with the US National Team since making a debut in 2012: the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Nations League, the 2015 FIVB World Cup, and the 2017 NORCECA Championship. Individually, he was awarded MVP of the FIVB World League, the South American Club Championship, and the Pan-American Cup – once each.
