“We arrived at the WEGIEL determined to win. Last Friday Jastrzębski WEGIEL exploited the fact that our game is not on high level. We all could play better, starting with me” commented Piotr Gacek the failure in the first semi-final duel with Jastrzębski WEGIEL.

A coach Daniel Castellani added that in the week before the match his volleyball players worked hard in training, preparing to compete in the semi-finals. “Have done some solid work, and match we played is something completely different … I do not know why. Maybe players were thinking about Final Four in Omsk. We shall not look for the causes of failure. Simply it was not our day, we did not feel the game”.
