Karla Antunovic took center stage as ŁKS Commercecon Łódź swept LOTTO Chemik Police 3-0 in the fifth round of the Tauron Liga, with the Croatian setter earning MVP honors after directing the hosts’ attack in a commanding performance.
ŁKS set the tone with a convincing 25-17 opening-set win. Chemik stepped up their resistance in the following two sets, but Antunovic and her teammates maintained control to close out the match 25-21 and 25-22.
Suvi Kokkonen led the ŁKS scoring with 16 points, while Elles Dambrink added 15. Magdalena Jurczyk contributed six points, with Pola Nowakowska and Sonia Stefanik chipping in five each.
For Chemik, Natalia Mędrzyk finished with a team-high 12 points, followed by Oliwia Sieradzka with 11 and Julia Orzoł with nine.
