Alojzy Świderek, during the final tournament of Enea Cup 2012 of the Cup of Poland together with the Polish Volleyball Federation and Academy of the Polish Volleyball organized a training for the coaches of the female teams, with the USA team coach, Hugh McCutcheon and a physical education coach of the Polish women’s national team Christian Verona.

Świderek has been very disappointed with small interest among the polish coaches. – Regarding polish female volleyball the training has been organized for the first time. So far we did some licensing conferences, they are obligatory to receive a license. I wish more people came at the meeting in Radom. It is said that Poland has so few coaches billing to educate.

During the weekend in Radom, Alojzy Świderek, will observe the final of the Cup of Poland. –I was impressed by the MKS Dąbrowa Górnicza play. The team performer very well. Girls proved their team work and will to fight. All the matches should be performed with such a desire to win.

So far the coach of the polish national team does not plan to perform any changes when considering the new, young players. –I am sure at the beginning no one new will join us.  We have so little time to prepare for the qualification tournament. I wish the 10th of April, when the training will perform, will gather the strongest players of the team. This tournament is very important for us. We have to win as much as possible. Maybe before the World Grand Prix we will give a chance to some younger players.

The coach is looking forward for the return of Małgorzata Glinka-Mogentale. – I will try to persuade Małgorzata Glinka. Gosia will help the polish national team during this important qualification tournament. She may bring a lot into the team only with her presence. Therefore, it is so important for the team.
