After many turnarounds in this case, we have another one. Appeal Court now refused to cancel previous Bociek penalty of four games plus financial penalty! Although it was temporarily canceled!
It means that Bociek will not be able to play this weekend against Gdansk… But, as usual in this story, it is still not official. It is up the League officials to react and return the subject to the arbitration… Obviously, we will hear more from both Zaksa and AZS Częstochowa.
