In a decisive quarterfinal match of the Tauron League, BKS Bostik ZGO Bielsko-Biała triumphed over UNI Opole with a clean sweep of 3-0, securing their spot in the semifinals. This victory followed their initial win against UNI Opole, marking a successful 2-0 series lead that propels the Polish Cup winner into the championship medal contention.

The match saw Katarzyna Zaroślińska-Król and Ana Karina Olaya of UNI Opole leading their team’s scoring with 18 and 16 points, respectively. However, BKS’s Paulina Damaske stole the spotlight, contributing 17 points to her team’s victory and earning the MVP title with a remarkable 40% attack efficiency, alongside two aces and one block. Teammate Kertu Laak also made a significant impact with 11 points.
