Grot Budowlani Łódź announced a new addition to their roster, Slovenian middle blocker Sasa Planinsec. Planinsec, born in 1995, has a wealth of international experience, having played in various countries, including China last season.
Throughout her career, she has been a part of several clubs, such as Nova Branik Maribor, Dresdner SC, and Galatasaray Istanbul, among others. Planinsec also achieved notable success with Slovenia’s U23 national team, securing a silver medal at the 2017 World Championship and earning recognition as the tournament’s best middle blocker.
