PGE Projekt Warszawa secured important 3:1 victory over JSW Jastrzębski Węgiel in the second match of the PlusLiga third-place playoff. The capital team now leads the series 2–0 and is just one win away from claiming the bronze medal and a spot in the next CEV Champions League.
The match, played at a high tempo, ended with the following sets: 28:30, 26:24, 25:21, 25:20. Though JSW grabbed the first set, Projekt bounced back with strong performances across the board.
