In delayed fixtures closing out the opening round of the PlusLiga, both PGE GiEK Skra Bełchatów and Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie recorded strong away wins.

Skra Bełchatów swept Cuprum Stilon Gorzów in straight sets 3–0 (25–22, 25–17, 28–26). It was Bełchatów’s first win of the season, while Gorzów suffered its second consecutive defeat after an earlier tie-break loss to Chełm’s promoted side.
Bartłomiej Lemański earned the MVP title, delivering 13 points with 62% attack efficiency and five blocks. He was supported by Daniel Chitigoi and Arkadiusz Żakieta, who each scored 13. Despite not registering a single ace, Skra’s dominance at the net (11–3 in blocks) proved decisive. Chizoba Neves was Gorzów’s top scorer with 13 points.
In the second makeup game, ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle fell 1–3 (22–25, 25–20, 24–26, 23–25) to Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie, who rebounded impressively from their loss to Projekt Warszawa.
Bartosz Kwolek led the charge for Warta, scoring 20 points and earning MVP honors for his all-around performance, including two aces and a block. Kamil Rychlicki led ZAKSA’s offense with 25 points, while Igor Grobelny and Karol Urbanowicz added solid support. ZAKSA excelled at the block (8–4), but Zawiercie’s powerful serves (12–6 in aces) made the difference.
