Katarzyna Zaroślińska-Król led the team with 23 points and was named MVP of the match.
With this result, UNI Opole move to second place in the standings, tied on points with PGE Budowlani Łódź and four points behind leaders KS Developres Rzeszów. Chemik Police remain in ninth.
