POL M: PlusLiga Finals Head to Deciding Fifth Match

Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie kept its championship hopes alive with a 3-1 win over Bogdanka LUK Lublin in Game 4 of the PlusLiga finals, evening the series at 2-2.

Lublin opened strongly by taking the first set, but Zawiercie bounced back with three consecutive set victories to force a winner-takes-all finale. Bartłomiej Bołądź starred for the visitors with 22 points and earned MVP honors, while Aaron Russell added 16 points.

Wilfredo Leon led Lublin with 25 points, though the hosts were unable to regain control after the second set.

The Polish league title will now be decided in the fifth and final match on May 10 in Sosnowiec.
