The reigning world champions will play in the first stage of the tournament against Belgium, Belarus and Slovenia. It would be a big surprise if Poland do not take the top spot at this Pool.
“Yes, at least on the paper, it looks like we have an easy Pool. The road to the semifinals is therefore open to us, and if we play as we know then I think we will not have any problem. But, if we do not reach the semis, it would be a huge disappointment for us” said Marcin Mozdzonek, middle blocker of the Polish team.
