Due to staphylococcal food poisoning (caused by eating foods contaminated with toxins produced by Staphylococcus bacteria) after the match against BBTS Bielsko-Biała, last weekend, only five players of Skra were able to attend practice on Monday and Tuesday. The rest were hospitalized to receive infusion.
Still, all Skra players, with the exception of Mariusz Wlazły and Karol Kłos, went to Italy. According to club’s doctor, the situation is stable now and most players regained appetite.
Lube – Skra match is scheduled for today at 20:30 CET.
