Head coach Stephane Antiga decided to give some rest to 4 major players, so they can be fully fit for the Olympic tournament in Rio. Poland will therefore be without captain Michal Kubiak, Bartosz Kurek, Mateusz Mika and Fabian Drzyzga at the start of the World League 2016!
This is the full roster of Poland:
Setters: Grzegorz Lomacz, Pawel Woicki
Opposites: Maciej Muzaj, Dawid Konarski
Middle Blockers: Karol Klos, Mateusz Bieniek, Piotr Nowakowski, Marcin Mozdzonek
Receivers: Bartosz Bednorz, Wojciech Zalinski, Artur Szalpuk, Rafal Buszek
Libero: Pawel Zatorski, Damian Wojtaszek
Poland will start the competition in Pool C, together with Russia, Bulgaria and Serbia.
