Many volleyball fans in Poland were quite shocked when they did not see the name of Chemik Police on the list of teams which got licenses for participation in the 2016/17 OrlenLiga season. A lot of rumors started spreading around the country instantly, however it all turned out to be a simple typing mistake…
Whoever was typing the names of the teams that got licenses for the 2016/17 OrlenLiga season, simply forgot to put Chemik Police on the list. That mistake was quickly corrected, so Chemik fans do not need to worry anymore.
Chemik Police will definitely play in the 2016/17 season in which they will try to defend the champions title.
