POL W: Budowlani tie potential Polish National Team member

Grot Budowlani Łódź, one of the three Polish representatives in the next season’s CEV Women’s Volleyball Champions League, have registered an eighth player in their roster for 2017/18.

A 24-year-old setter, who was summoned for a preliminary squad of the Polish National Team for 2017, Ewelina Polak, moved from KSZO Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski to Budowlani.

Last season in OrlenLiga, she made 0.4 kill blocks per game.

Budowlani also announced their middle blocker Agnieszka Kąkolewska will stay for one more season in accordance with her contract.

Polak became the eighth player in Budowlani roster for 2017/18
