Serhat-Coşkun
Serhat Coşkun, a 30-year-old opposite/receiver who spent last season in the Chinese Tianjin and Afyon Belediye Yüntaş, became the reinforcement of the club from the largest city in Turkey. Thus, one-time CEV Cup and Turkish Cup winner will wear the jersey of an eighth club in his homeland.
Besides Serhat, İstanbul BBSK strengthened a setter position with their former member Murat Yenipazar, who defended the colors of Austrian champions Hypo Tirol Volleyballteam Innsbruck last season (as from 2017/18 they will compete by the name of Hypo Tirol AlpenVolleys as Hypo Tirol Volleyballteam Innsbruck merged with the German club TSV Unterhaching).
