“The FIVB have confirmed that all required documents were received on July 24, 2017, with no objections, including those documents submitted by the Polish Volleyball Federation and if the FIVB Board Bureau approves the change of the parent federation, the two-year period will be counted from July 24, 2017,” says Janusz Uznanski, spokesman of the PZPS.
So, it means that Leon will get the permission to play for Poland on July 24, 2019. He will be 26 and will have plenty of matches to play for Poland.
