The second-ranked team suffered the second defeat in this season and it was somehow unexpected. This result means that Lodz will not return to the leader position and Chemik Police will stay on the top.
The MVP of the match was the Serbian blocker Jelena Trnić who played more than excellent. She scored 17 points while Dajana Bošković, the older sister of Tijana Boskovic, was the top scorer with 19 points. Regiane Fernanda Aparecida Bidias scored 15 points for Lodz.
