The leader of the Bulgaria National Team, Tsvetan Sokolov, has joined the club that finished fourth in the 2019/20 Superliga Parimatch! Last season, a 30-year-old opposite hitter has spent as a member of Zenit-Kazan, being the MVP of the Russian Cup that was conquered by his team.
The biography of Tsvetan Sokolov abounds in trophies. The Bulgarian player spent most of his career in Italy, winning the CEV Champions League, FIVB Club World Championship, Italian Championship, and Italian Cup three times each. He was also successful while briefly playing in Turkey, winning the Turkish Championship once and the national Super Cup twice.
In addition to Sokolov, Dinamo Moscow engaged one more Zenit-Kazan player – the Ukrainian middle blocker Vadym Likhosherstov.
