Kuzbass
Beating Zenit-Kazan, a few days ago, Kuzbass’s made the first step towards taking over the lead of the 2020/21 Russian Men’s Superliga Parimatch regular season while today, they made a decisive step in that direction. In a delayed match of the 6th round, the Kemerovo side beat Neftyanik by a 3-1 (23-25, 25-20, 25-21, 25-20), got tied with Zenit-Kazan at 37 points, and took them off the top of the charts thanks to a better set-ratio.
Aleksandr Markin top-scored Kuzbass with 17 points. Inal Tavasiev made 4 blocks.
