Zenit-Kazan is just one win away from the PARI Super League finals after a confident 3-0 victory over Dynamo-LO (25:19, 25:13, 25:16) in front of their home crowd.

The defending champs looked sharp and focused, controlling the match from start to finish. Despite Dynamo-LO bringing back some important players, Zenit’s energy and depth made the difference. Dynamo-LO strengthened their lineup by bringing in outside hitter Denis Biryukov and blocker Artiom Dovgan, both of whom missed the first match. Meanwhile, Zenit head coach Alexey Verbov kept the winning lineup unchanged.
Now leading the series 2-0, Zenit heads to Sosnovy Bor for Game 3 on April 7. One more win, and they’re off to the final.
