RUS M: Kuzbass shocked Dinamo, brave Guberniya

by WoV

Third round of the Russian Superliga, brought us mainly favourite's wins with one or two unexpected outcomes.

Pavlov

Pavlov (6) Gubernya

Nizhnevartovsk and Novosibirsk opened up the third round but everything was over in just a little bit over an hour of play. Voronkov’s team ran over the newcomers in Superliga without any real problems.

Gazprom Iugra and Dinamo Moscow also dominated their matchups without breaking any sweat.

On the other side of the country, near the beach, Krasnodar hosted Kuzbass in what was expected to be safe win for the home team who started the season with high hopes, but they experienced a slight shock after four sets and a convincing win for Kuzbass. Team from Kemerovo now has the 100% score and is the most pleasent surprise so far.

Pavlov and company conquered Kazan! After a long and hard battle in Kazan, Guberniya managed to take the win even after falling behind 2-0, and get a huge boost of confidence, very much needed for the upcoming challenges.
