Last year, Gamova returned to the national team while Sokolova didn’t play for Russia in the last season, even though she was on wide list as well.
“On the wide list of Yuri Marichev there are names of Sokolova and Gamova. But, now, they have to focus on club’s duties. It’s not ok to speak with them about the national team when the season is in progress. We will talk about this topic after the last game in domestic championship” said Fadeev, general manager of the Russian national team.
