The European champions fell down to its knees after being hit by the bullet train from Belgorod! But, this is the first match of the series and Zenit will have an opportunity tomorrow to recover from this defeat.
Belogorie opened match very good. In the first set they had lead all the time and easily clinched it. In the second, Alekno’s team gave stronger resistance but it was not enough to tie the score!
The third set was the most uncertain! Zenit had a few set points (24-23; 25-24; 26-25; 27-26, 28-27) but Muserskiy & co. managed to make turnaround and to take the lead in series!
