Dmitriy Fomin, one of the best men’s volleyball Russian players ever, performed monster block in 1993! Back then, there was almost no internet so there was no way for the fans around the world to enjoy it.

But now, we remind you on this block from the 1993 FIVB World League that was so brutal that, on its way down, the ball touched Fomin’s body through the net! In simple words – the ball fell into zero meter!

Fomin, 1996 Atlanta Olympics participant, finished his volleyball career ten years ago, wearing the jersey of Zenit Kazan. He successfully covered two positions – receiver and opposite.
