Zenit Kazan
The reigning champions of Russia defeated Novokuybyishevsk on the road and remained far in front of other teams on the standings. Zenit Kazan now have 16 wins out of 16 rounds in the domestic league, which is certainly an unbelievable result for any volleyball team.
While Zenit Kazan is pretty safe at the 1st place, the 2nd spot on the standings belongs to Dinamo Moscow. The team from the capital downed Lokomotiv Novosibirsk in the derby of the round. Dinamo now have 4 points more than the 3rd placed Lokomotiv.
