CHALLENGE CUP M: Fakel two sets away from trophy

Russia’s Fakel NOVY URENGOY are two sets away from the trophy of 2017 edition of the CEV Volleyball Challenge Cup – Men.

Finals

In their first duel with French sensation CHAUMONT VB 52, they scored the 3-1 victory (25-12, 15-25, 26-24, 30-28) and now they need two sets to lift the Challenge Cup crown.

Dimitry Volkov was the best scorer in the winning team with 23 points while Pierre Jean Stephen Boyer was the top scorer with 25 points for the French team.

The return match they will be hosting on Sunday, April 16.
