“To be honest, I always wanted to become an NBA player. My favorite team at the moment is Cleveland. Favorite player – Vince Carter. In the 2000s, he was the king of the jumps. I really like Kazan. Everyone said that this is a great place. I did not think, it would be cool. My wife did not really want to return to Russia but after living here for two months, she said that Kazan is the only city in Russia in which we can live,” explains Igor Yudin.
Yudin arrived from Polish team Luczniczka Bydgoszcz to Kazan and signed a one-year deal with Zenit.
