„We must forget everything that we did so far and to have a new approach. We must forget the fact that we beat Italy in three out of four games. We will begin a new game from 0 all. I believe that we will repeat some of the good stuff from the group stage and be able to correct some little things and details. If we repeat a good approach, I think we have a chance,“ Grbić stated abouth the strength of Italy.
„Poland has made some sort of a shift of generations. They don’t have three experienced players in the first team anymore, but they are playing well. They made a good result in a very tricky group. I expect a tough game against them. They are the world champions and they deserve respect, but I don’t think about them, we firstly need to focus on the Italians,“ Grbić rated the Poles.
