Vojvodina NS who returned to CEV Champions League after 7 years, have scored the first victory in this elite European competition.
Tonight in front of 2000 home spectators, Vojvodina defeated ACH Volley BLED in straight sets! Interesting, during the whole match the teams were equal but in the end of the sets Vojvodina were luckier.
ACH Volley dominated in blocker (14-8) but it seems that the home team had more motivated players.
The top scorer of the match was Eric Mochalski with 18 points for ACH Volley while in the winning team Aleksandar Minić 16, Marko Nikolić 13 and Miloš Vemić 13 were just perfect.

Ziraat Bankasi celebrated the second victory in Pool B, this time over FRIEDRICHSHAFEN . Nils Jon Marcus Nilsson was the leader with 28 points but the best scorer of the match was Adrian Radu Gontariu with 27.
