Serbia are the winners of the U19 Balkan Championship – Men 2017.

In the final match of the tournament, Serbia defeated Bulgaria 3-1 (26-24, 21-25, 25-18, 25-13) and crowned as the champion for the ninth time in the history of the competition. 

In the third place game, Turkey faced Greece. Despite losing first two sets, Turkey overcame Greece 3-2 (15-25, 23-25, 25-13, 25-17, 15-13) to gain the bronze medal.
