Recall, that Kim’s previous club Heungkuk Pink Spiders stated during the last summer that Korean star couldn’t play for Fenerbahce as she still had official contract with them. At the start of the season, FIVB declared that everything was legal and that Kim could be part of Fener, but Heungkuk couldn’t accept that decision and took the case to FIVB Appeal Board.
After several months this case is finally closed, as FIVB rejected the appeal and set free Kim Yeon-Koung.
