Results:
- Fenerbahçe Medicana 1–3 Galatasaray HDI Sigorta (20-25, 31-29, 19-25, 22-25)
- Arkas Spor 1–3 Ziraat Bankkart (10-25, 21-25, 29-27, 19-25)
With these results, Galatasaray HDI Sigorta and Ziraat Bankkart sealed 2-0 series wins and secured their spots in the final.
Fenerbahçe Medicana will now face Arkas Spor in the playoff series for the 3rd-4th place.
