Hayirli plays as a middle blocker, and he spent almost entire career in Istanbul powerhouse. He only had a two year episode in HalkBank (2012, 2013), but then he returned to BBSK.
This is finally some good news for this club, after a week in which Istanbul stayed without three foreign players.
