The head coach of Turkish Vakifbank Giovanni Guidetti had an interesting comment about his team:

“Every new team gets new excitement, new energy… I’m happy that we’ve signed four players who were my wish. We completed the team roster before the start of the season and it’s not good when you sing players in the beginning of the season, then you will face with some difficulties. This team is very strong, and i think that we are stronger than last season” said Guidetti.

Nice words Giovanni, Maybe some teams will understand that and stop signing players in July and August just before the preparation starts!!!

It’s perfect when you complete roster before start of the season. But, what shall we do when we have no money until the start of the season?

Say publicly that you don’t have money like you programmed during the summer and change targhet for the following season! Like this
You become correct to yourself, your team, your players and your fans!!! And next year start again!

Stronger than the last season?
Really?
Last season they were defeated only twice: Against Fenerbaçe and Dinamo…
This is an early season and they were defeated by VitrA… Defiantly not too strong
