Ziraat Bankası returned to the top spot of the Turkish men’s volleyball championship Efeler Ligi.

Ziraat Bankası no longer have an advantage in points compared to their followers in the Efeler Ligi standings like they had until one round ago, but are still at the top with a slightly better set ratio than Halkbank (40.22 – 40.17). They reclaimed No.1 by beating Galatasaray HDI Sigorta on the road 3-1 (16-25, 25-19, 25-18, 25-17) in Round 15. The Pole Dawid Konarski scored 21 points (2 aces, 4 kill blocks) for Ziraat. The Ugandian Daudi Okello topped Galatasaray with 20 points.

By beating İnegöl Bld. at home by a 3-0, with 19 points (3 aces, 70% excellent attack) from the Cuban Michael Sánchez Bozhulev, Arkas Spor remained close to Ziraat and Halkbank in the standings. The Dutch Niels Klapwijk made 17 points (2 aces, 2 kill blocks) for the losing side.
