By beating Jeopark Kula Bld. on the road in straight sets, partially, 25-16, 25-16, 25-21, Halkbank fixed themselves at No.1 in the standings. Burutay Subaşı led a 16-man squad of Halkbank to the win by scoring 17 points and once again confirming leadership on the best server’s list in the league as added 4 kill blocks today. The Brazilian Luan Weber scored 13 points for Jeopark.
Arkas Spor downed Beşiktaş 3-0 to return to the third place in the standings. The substitute Adis Lagumdžija (replaced Cuban Michael Sánchet Bozhulev in the second set) proved his undoubted talent as he served 6 aces for Arkas.
