Gentofte
By beating Aalborg Volleyball at home 3-0 (25-13, 25-15, 25-25) in Round 11, with 20 points from the league’s top scorer Peter Trolle Bonnesen, 5 kill blocks from Rasmus Mikelsons, and 14 served aces as a team, Gentofte Volley came to one win from securing No.1 for the playoffs. Interestingly, Aalborg signed up only 7 players for the match! At the same time, Gentofte preserved invincibility in the tournament since they got themselves an 11-0 record.
Middelfart VK kept theoretical chances to reach the top spot in the regular stage as they defeated Hvidovre VK by a 3-2 in the derby, switching places with them in the standings.
