Unet E-Work Busto Arsizio, the 2019 CEV Cup winners, kept the basis of players for the 2019/20 season.
They renewed contracts with a quintet, four local players and one foreign: the captain Alessia Gennari (third season), setter Alessia Orro (third season), libero Giulia Leonardi (second season), Belgian Britt Herbots (second season) and middle blocker Sara Bonifacio (second season).
All five players have status of national team players.
