Eczacıbaşı Dynavit announced the departure of head coach Ferhat Akbaş, who is set to take on a new role as the head coach of Japan’s Women’s National Volleyball Team. The decision was made by mutual agreement, marking the end of Akbaş’s tenure with the club.
Since joining in the 2021-2022 season, Akbaş led the team to the 2021-2022 CEV Cup championship, the 2023 Club World Championship title, and a spot in the 2023 Champions League final.
