In the final of the women’s volleyball tournament at the 2019 SEA Games in the Philippines, which was played in the city of Pasig, the national team of Thailand swept Vietnam by a 3-0 (25-15, 25-15, 25-17) to win the 12th successive gold medal and the 14th overall! Knowing that the SEA Games (involves participants from 11 countries of Southeast Asia) is held every two years, Thailand Women have an interrupted streak of titles since 1995.
Thailand didn’t lose a single set throughout the competition, having a 3-0 record in the preliminary round and a win in the final. Indonesia took the bronze medal by beating the home side of the Philippines with a 3-2 (25-20, 24-26, 25-15, 20-25, 16-14).

The different in strength and overall qualities of the team between Thai and the rest are just too great . Thai can still win even with their reserve members.
