According to the well-informed Italian journalist Gian Luca Pasini, the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has agreed on the important dates in the calendar of the next season. The three most important tournaments in 2020/21 are the CEV Champions League, FIVB Volleyball Nations League, and the Olympic Games.
The Champions League Super Finals in Berlin, Germany, are to be played on May 2, the VNL from May 7 to June 27, while the Tokyo Olympics are scheduled from July 23 to August 8 (which was already known).
