The captain of the Cuba men’s volleyball National Team, Livan Osoria, will continue his career in France.

Osoria is the new signing of the French top division newcomers Cambrai.

Wearing the jersey of Ciudad Voley, he was statistically the best attacker of the Argentine Championship last season. Thus, the 26-year-old middle blocker became the 7th player from Cuba in the 2020/21 Ligue A. Osoria is one of the players that have the permission of the Cuban Federation and Ministry of Sport to play abroad.

Cambrai finished the regular season of the 2019/20 French second division (Ligue B) in first place at the moment of the cancelation of the season due to coronavirus.
