The 5-time Serbian champions (most titles since the country gained its independence in 2006), Vizura, shut down its senior team.
It was a decision made by the President od the club based in Belgrade, who represented Serbia in the CEV Champions League in the last several seasons. He was simply unable to invest any further. Vizura will keep working with base categories, so their youth teams will continue to compete.
A club that launched the MVP of the last FIVB World Championship and the last two CEV EuroVolleys, Tijana Bošković (2011 – 2015), was a participant in the Serbian Championship since 2009. In addition to 5 league titles, Vizura won Serbian Cup 2 times, and Serbian Super Cup 5 times.
