Interviewed by sportal.bg, the Italian expert Prandi stated that he will no longer be the head coach of the Bulgaria National Team.

“The Bulgarian Federation needs a coach to work for the next Olympic cycle, which is for 5 seasons, until the Paris Games in 2024. I won’t be free for such a long time. I have to think about the club career and the future. Five years is too long for me but never say never,” Prandi said and left the room to tie himself to the Bulgaria National Team again in the near future. This was his 2nd mandate on the bench of the “Lions” as he already coached them from 2008 to 2010.
